Process
How We Handle It
Before anything comes down, we look at the whole site. What’s going, what’s staying, where the machinery can get in and what’s sitting near the boundary. Power, water and other services need to be disconnected first, and we check that’s been done before we start.
Then the structure comes down in a safe order, we separate the waste where we can, and the site gets cleared. If something unexpected turns up under the floor, you hear about it before we carry on, and any extra work is priced first.
