Process
How We Handle It
Trenching looks simple until you hit an old water pipe nobody knew about. Before we dig, we go over your plans, check for existing services, and talk to your plumber or electrician about depth, width and bedding. On Northland clay, a trench left open through a wet spell can turn into a pond, so we keep the digging, laying and backfilling as tight as we can.
You’ll have a clear idea of timing before we start. If rain pushes the job back, we let you know early, and anything extra gets priced before it’s done.
